Requires the checkout_intent:follow_up scope. Queues one personalized email for a contactable intent with a captured customer email. Active, abandoned, and completed intents are accepted. Returns after enqueueing, before delivery. Repeated requests return 409 after an email was already queued. The store email identity and configured Reply-To rules apply.
