Save a page checkout intent snapshot

Uses the cit write capability and the same source scope. A sequence less than or equal to lastsequence is an idempotent no-op; only a newer snapshot refreshes activity. Omitted sections and omitted fields are unchanged; null clears a field, and present items/custom_fields arrays replace previous arrays. Completed intents reject updates. No reCAPTCHA token is required.
