Update a Google Ads destination

https://api.scalev.com/v3/google-ads/destinations/

Requires the google_ads:update scope. Name, enabled, event mappings and remarketing may change. Purchase account and conversion identity are immutable. New mappings require compatible non-Purchase website actions. Existing destinations remain Purchase-only until mappings are explicitly enabled.
